What is coaching?

The course, entirely online, includes 4 macro lessons divided by topic, as well as active and interactive parts of exercises and case analysis.
Each lesson was in turn divided into:
materials: in which the slides are provided, both in speaker form and in PDF version;
video lesson: that is, the actual face-to-face lesson with our specialized teachers;
exercise: practical and specific tests to verify the learning of the topics covered during the lesson.
Once you have purchased the On Demand course, the video lessons will be at your complete disposal and you will be able to use them in complete autonomy, according to your needs.
Finally, once you have completed viewing the course, there is a short evaluation test which, if passed, allows you to obtain the Master's certificate of participation.

Modello di attaccamento traumatico
La lezione approfondisce il legame tra trauma, dissociazione e organizzazione della personalità, evidenziando come esperienze traumatiche precoci e relazioni di attaccamento disfunzionali possano frammentare la mente e alterare il senso del sé. Si illustra la funzione difensiva della dissociazione, i suoi meccanismi principali e le difficoltà cliniche nel riconoscere il trauma dissociativo. La terapia ha come obiettivo centrale la ricostruzione della coerenza interna e il recupero del contatto con la realtà.

La CTU in ambito familiare: aspetti teorici
La lezione tratta le CTU in ambito familiare, con focus sulla tutela dei minori in situazioni di alta conflittualità. Si illustrano il ruolo dei CTU e dei CTP, la procedura e gli strumenti utilizzati per valutare le capacità genitoriali e le relazioni familiari. Viene evidenziata l’importanza di un approccio collaborativo e l’eventuale valore trasformativo della CTU.

La CTU in ambito familiare: linee guida
La lezione tratta le CTU e le CTP, evidenziando le novità della riforma Cartabia. La CTU può avere un ruolo clinico o giuridico, con l’obiettivo di valutare le relazioni familiari e supportare il giudice. È essenziale seguire linee guida che garantiscano tutela del minore, rispetto del contraddittorio e rigore metodologico.

Il protocollo e il metodo d'intervento
La lezione approfondisce il ruolo della CTU nei procedimenti familiari e minorili, sottolineando l’importanza della scrittura come strumento di ricerca e comunicazione. Il CTU ha un compito valutativo e non terapeutico, deve rispondere al mandato del giudice, analizzare le competenze genitoriali e mantenere una posizione neutrale.

Metodologia della valutazione diagnostica
La lezione descrive il ruolo del CTU e del CTP nella valutazione delle competenze genitoriali nei procedimenti giudiziari. Vengono spiegate le fasi principali della CTU (nomina, colloqui, test, relazione finale) e sottolineata l'importanza della collaborazione tra consulenti. Con la riforma Cartabia viene introdotta la figura dell’ausiliario del giudice con funzioni di mediazione.

Gli strumenti di valutazione testale
La lezione esplora la valutazione delle competenze genitoriali in ambito forense, focalizzandosi su contesti come abusi, affidamento e attribuzione della responsabilità genitoriale. Si evidenziano diversi strumenti di valutazione e la necessità di un approccio multilivello, basato su criteri scientifici, per rispondere alle richieste del giudice.

La sindrome di alienazione parentale
La lezione distingue tra alienazione parentale e rifiuto genitoriale, trattando le competenze genitoriali come cura, supporto emotivo e gestione dei conflitti. Si esplorano le strategie di alienazione e le difficoltà nel trattamento, evidenziando l'importanza di interventi mirati per tutelare il benessere del bambino.

The master is aimed at professionals who have skills in the field of family conflict management and aims to provide specific technical tools on the Parental Coordination method.
The suitability for the course will be assessed on the basis of the Curriculum Vitae and a personal contact.
The Family Study Center has the recognition of the National Institute of Parental Coordination (INCOGE) to which students can apply for enrollment at the end of the online course if they meet the necessary requirements*.
This will help judges, lawyers, technical consultants and parents to identify you to ask for your collaboration as parental coordinators, having the certainty of the quality of the training requirements. The activity of the latter will be supervised, if desired, through monthly meetings in small groups via web.
The master's degree is in line with the guidelines proposed by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and those of the Milan Bar Association, the Lombardy Association of Psychologists and the Lombardy Association of Social Workers.
